I am an Italian-born hospitality professional and server in New York City, passionate about great service, food, personal growth, running, and financial independence.

I turn real-life restaurant experience into motivation, growth, and practical advice

Born and raised in Italy, I’ve spent years working in the restaurant world, from the small towns of Umbria to the fast-paced dining rooms of New York City. My experience taught me discipline, service, hospitality, and how to connect with people in a way that truly matters. Today I combine everything I’ve learned — serving, running, fitness, self-improvement, and financial independence — to build a life with purpose and share my journey with others.

I’m passionate about helping people grow. Through my upcoming book and online content, I teach what I’ve learned the hard way: how to succeed as a server in the U.S., how to handle pressure, how to upsell without forcing, how to build a better routine, and how to use discipline to improve every area of life. My goal is to inspire, motivate, and give real, practical advice that actually works — the same things that helped me transform my own life.
